Bring the whole family to discover what an authentic country fair was like when your great-grandparents were kids! Celebrate our agricultural heritage and usher in autumn with fun and games and delicious fair food treats. Investigate the odd wonders and agricultural marvels that make up the Country Fair.
Hop on a wagon for a tractor-pulled hayride. Take as many rides as you like - its free! Bring your 'A' game for the nail-driving contest, historic base ball and tug-of-war competition. Satisfy your curiosity in the Tent of Wonders, meet the bearded lady and have your fortune told by Madame Zaluma. Browse the Power Show, where antique tractors and steam engines, and their modern equivalents, will be on display; ask their owners and operators about them and become part of the historic connection. Stop by the 19th-century horse-powered sorghum mill and observe as this sweet treat is squeezed out of the sorghum plant by Gyspy, the black percheron horse.
