| Description: | When former Kirov Ballet Principal Dancer Eldar Aliev emigrated to Indiana, he had a dream of bringing world class ballet to the Midwest. Upon arriving in Indianapolis, he referred to it as a "cultural desert." Fortunately, Eldar stayed in the Circle City to sew the seeds of dance. And through the past few yars, dancers from all corners of the globe hoined in his quest and made Indianapolis' Ballet Internationale known throghout the world. |
