This moderated discussion with Sen. Lugar of Indiana and Sen. Nunn of Georgia will examine threats around the world posed by weapons of mass destruction ‒ nuclear, chemical, and biological ‒ and explore how the Senators’ framework for cooperative threat reduction can reduce these dangers and continue to inform world diplomacy.
