Indianapolis Trash Collection Altered By Holidays

INDIANAPOLIS -- In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holiday, the Indianapolis Department of Public Works is reminding residents of altered trash pick-up schedules for the months of December and January.

Slide Schedules for Regular Trash Pick-Up

Christmas Day – There will be no trash pick-up Christmas Day, Friday, December 25. Friday routes will be collected on Saturday and all routes will return to normal schedules on Monday, December 28.

New Year’s Day – There will be no trash pick-up New Year’s Day, Friday, January 1. Friday routes will be collected on Saturday and all routes will return to normal schedules on Monday, January 4.
