FISHERS, Ind. (AP) — Fishers Police say a high school student has been arrested in the fatal attack of a 73-year-old man while he was out for an evening walk.

Fishers police Sgt. Tom Weger said the 17-year-old boy was arrested Tuesday morning on a murder charge for Saturday's death of Henry Kim in a subdivision near Geist Reservoir.

Weger says the teen lived in the same neighborhood and that officers found him while searching a nearby wooded area Monday afternoon. Weger says the teen is a Hamilton Southeastern High School student and that investigators didn't know of any connections between him and Kim.

A person walking their dog spotted Kim's body in neighborhood park. Police say Kim was shot at least once and had a cut to his neck.
