VP of Development, Kristina Uland

Kristina Uland, CFRE, serves as WFYI's Vice President for Development. She began her career in public media in 1996 with WFIU/WTIU in Bloomington, moving to Indianapolis to work for WFYI in 2000.  During that time, she has served in a number of roles, including Membership Manager, Director of Grants and Special Projects, and Vice President of Business Development.  In her current position, she manages teams responsible for all aspects of fund development, including: underwriting, foundation relations, membership, major gifts, planned giving, capital campaign, special events, and new business development.

Kristina volunteers for Indiana Canine Assistant Network, having served on their board of directors from 2001 through 2007. She has also served on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals—Indiana Chapter, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Challenger Learning Center of MSD Decatur Township.

A graduate of DePauw University, Kristina received a Masters in Public Affairs with a concentration in nonprofit management from Indiana University. She is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive.
