Bryan Spetter, CPA, serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for WFYI Public Media.  In this role, Bryan provides leadership and direction of all strategic financial operations.  This includes budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.  Bryan joined WFYI in 2013 with more than 20 years of experience, having held leadership roles in public accounting, corporate finance, nonprofit management, and higher education administration.  His broad financial background has included success at Ernst & Young, TelSpan, and Franklin College where Bryan served first as Controller and then as Vice President for Finance during his twelve years on campus.

Bryan is proud to have served his community through his work on the boards of several organizations.  He has volunteered as President of Leadership Johnson County and as Treasurer for the Center Grove Education Foundation and the Franklin Rotary Club.  Bryan also enjoys working with young people through athletics by coaching in the Center Grove Bantam Football League and coaching travel youth baseball.

A graduate of Anderson University, Bryan earned Academic All-American designation in baseball while playing for his alma mater.  He was also an infielder in the Atlanta Braves organization before starting his career in finance.  The proud parents of two sons, Bryan and his wife Betty are alumni of Center Grove High School and reside in their hometown of Bargersville, Indiana.
