What is Redlining? And, how does it impact housing segregation and economic opportunity in Indianapolis today?

In 2021, SAVI used recent local data to create a series of statistical models to quantify the effects of redlining and segregation. Their research identified long-term impacts of segregation and redlining on economic opportunity, health outcomes, and the environment.

Dig into the reasons and solutions with Polis Center analysts during Data and Drafts on Thursday, April 14th, 6 p.m., at Central Library.

Light snacks and beer from Sun King Brewery will be available.

Event is free to attend. 21+ only. RSVPs are required, as space is limited.

Parking is available in the Central Library Garage, which can be accessed via Pennsylvania St.

The program will be held in the Riley Room, located on the main floor of the Library.
