Indiana’s public health commission is considering ways to overhaul the state’s funding model, which is riddled with problems and leaves many Hoosiers without crucial preventive interventions.

The programs will be implemented by 24 school corporations, which are expected to reach nearly 45 percent of Marion County students by 2021.

Nearly 16 percent of Indiana high school students report having taken a pill that wasn't prescribed to them.
