PBS KIDS programs reach nearly 99 percent of U.S. television households, providing children access to an incredible amount of engaging, educational TV with many opportunities for exploration and discovery. WFYI broadcasts 10 hours of this quality programming each weekday beginning at 6 a.m. on WFYI 1 (20.1) with several more hours broadcast on weekends. You can see our current line-up of PBS KIDS programs by visiting our schedule page.
Beginning March 6, 2017, WFYI will launch the new PBS KIDS 24/7 Channel on WFYI 2 (20.2) with 21 popular programs children have grown to love, but now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week – and not just on television, but wherever kids access media.
These programs will be live streamed right here on wfyi.org/pbskids and also available through the PBS KIDS video mobile app and other platforms like Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Xbox One and Chromecast. Beginning April 21, 2017, the new channel will debut “PBS KIDS Family Night” featuring movie specials or themed programming every Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and repeating on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
