Indiana Commissioner for Higher Education Teresa Lubbers will make the third-annual State
of Higher Education Address at noon on Monday, Feb. 25 at the Indiana Statehouse.
This year’s address will focus on Indiana’s emerging position as a national leader in innovative policies, programs and funding incentives that support individuals in completing education beyond high school.
Lubbers is expected to emphasize the increasing connections between education and employment— as well as new measures that promise to better quantify the value of higher education.
