Delaware County Leads State In Meth Labs

Delaware County leads the state in meth labs discovered this year, according to a recent report from the Indiana State Police.

State Police dismantled 42 labs in Delaware County through the end of April. Allen County, No. 2 on the list, has had 21 labs dismantled.

ISP’s Meth Suppression Section has dismantled 527 labs statewide, in the first four months of this year. At this time last year, ISP had seized 642 labs.  Indiana led the nation in 2013 with nearly 1,800 meth lab seizures.
