ICE quietly launched detainee flights out of Indianapolis airport
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been transporting detainees out of the Indianapolis International Airport. More than four dozen ICE flights since early July have gone through the airport. The federal agency uses a private facility separate from the main two concourses a few times per week.
