Groups Set To Launch Effort To Bring The Community To The White River

Last year, a unique partnership was announced between Reconnecting to Our Waterways, or ROW, and arts organization Indy Convergence. The groups teamed up to acquire special stages that would allow performances along, and even on the White River.

Indy Convergence directors Caitlin and Robert Negron spoke with WFYI All Things Considered host Matt Pelsor about their upcoming launch event and aim to bring the community to the river.
