Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett tested positive for COVID-19 over the weekend. Hogsett, who is vaccinated and boosted, took an at-home test after experiencing mild symptoms.
In a written statement Hogsett said the shot works, “and (I) continue to encourage all Indianapolis residents to get their vaccine to reduce their risk of serious illness.”
