Former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard announced Wednesday that his independent campaign for Indiana secretary of state will use a “Lincoln Party” label as part of an effort that could eventually establish a new political party in the state.

House Bill 1249 makes flying an unauthorized drone over someone else's property without their consent a Class A misdemeanor.

The legislation classifies doxxing as a threat if the intent is to cause bodily harm to a person, damage to their property, or to encourage others to commit a crime against them.
