Vote For The Best Albums Of 2013

A massive number of great albums came out in 2013. Now that December has arrived, how do we wade through the good and the bad to find the best? With your help, 10 at a time.

We've collected many of the excellent albums released this year in a list, and we want you to vote on the ones you loved the best. It's our way of turning the microphone to you, and a nice way to remind us all of some of the great records that we may have forgotten about. (Remember that Foxygen album that came out all the way back in January?) If you want to peruse a printable version of the list or, you know, go on a shopping spree, here's a PDF version you can download.

Even with more than 300 albums on the list, I'm sure we missed a few great ones. If you love an album that came out in 2013 and it doesn't appear on the list, feel free to write us a "Dear Idiots" letter in the comments or, more productively, use the write-in spots at the bottom of the poll to make up for what we overlooked.

Voting will remain open until 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Dec. 10. We'll present the results on Thursday, Dec. 12.
