The expansion of a manufacturing warehouse in Lebanon is expected to create nearly 700 new jobs.

The Swiss biotech company Roche on Monday announced plans for a $550 million expansion of its Indianapolis diagnostics and manufacturing hub.

Police noted it is unknown what, if any, substance was involved.
