Mayor Joe Hogsett joined Downtown Indy, Inc the Commercial Real Estate Alliance and other stakeholders Wednesday to share an update on projects in Downtown Indianapolis.

The companies said Sunday that Simon will pay $43 per share for Taubman, down 18 percent from the price of $52.50 when the deal was announced in February.
