Veteran housing reopens in Indianapolis after complex fire last year
Manchester Apartments is set to partially reopen, less than a year after a fire damaged a lot of the building. The north tower of the complex will house 23 local veterans. Each one-bedroom unit will come equipped with furniture, kitchenware and other supplies for veterans.
