Lead Poisoning in Indiana's Schools
March 17, 2020
Out of the 30 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Indiana, two have now resulted in deaths. We’ll start today’s show with an update on everything we know about the state’s efforts to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
We also talk about a bill, now headed to the governor’s desk, that would require all Indiana schools to test for lead in drinking water. We’ll hear about the journey the bill has taken, and why some say it isn’t enough.
