The Culture Wars Come To Fort Wayne (Repeat)

Communities across the country are having important conversations about how we remember our history, and how we should memorialize it. How do we learn about and understand history, and who gets to decide what merits commemoration?
Today a reporter tells us why the creation of a founder’s day in Fort Wayne sparked a culture war in the community. And we talk to a panel of experts about the nuances of how history is remembered.
