The Friday Pitch-In

This week’s Friday Pitch-In kicks off with an update on Indiana’s 2020 legislative session. A bill focused on gun training for teachers heads to the House, and we talk about which Democratic gubernatorial candidates are left to run against Gov. Holcomb in November.
And as the unemployment rate in Indiana drops, so does federal funding for its workforce centers. We talk to an IPBS reporter about the formula behind the change, and how it's impacting the people who work there.
We close out the show with Michael Cleveland, the Indiana fiddler who took home this year's Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album.
