One of the most common New Year’s resolutions, of course, is to lose weight. But it’s also one of the most difficult goals to tackle. How do we overcome the urge to make unhealthy decisions?
We talk to three Indiana physicians who guide us through the wide variety of solutions offered to help us lose weight, from diet to exercise. What are the benefits, and downsides, of popular diets? What’s the safest way to dive into a fitness regimen? And how can we make ourselves stick to it?
