Legalizing Marijuana In Indiana

Jeff W/Unsplash

Legalizing marijuana in Indiana seems to be an elusive subject. A number of bills have been proposed to change the legal status of cannabis, but there is rarely any movement. Today we look into marijuana legislation in Indiana, and learn about a bill headed to the governor’s desk that would give a driver found with THC in their blood a pass when it comes to being charged with an OWI.

We’ll also hear from a professor who says there’s a long history of Arabs in Indiana that dates back to the 1800s, to kick off National Arab American Heritage Month.
