Indiana Democratic Party Chair John Zody questions Attorney General Curtis Hill’s use of taxpayer dollars to defend himself from sexual misconduct allegations.
Three legislative staffers and a state lawmaker say Hill groped them at a party in March. Two other women corroborate those accusations.
Hill denies them. And Thursday his office sent out a press release attacking the credibility of one of those accusers.
Zody filed a records request Friday with Hill’s office. He wants to know whether the attorney general is diverting public resources from the duties of his office to help defend himself against the allegations.
