Indiana outperformed expectations in every major tax collection category last month.
Sales, individual and corporate income taxes all bested projections, combining to set revenues more than $50 million ahead of expected levels.
And November’s collections extended some very positive streaks. Sales taxes have been above target four of the fiscal year’s five months. Individual and corporate income taxes have exceeded expectations in all five months. And together, they help put Indiana nearly $200 million ahead of its budget plan.
