As President of Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, Sue Ellspermann is developing new metrics at the college level to determine student success based on student needs and expectations. Ivy Tech is the state's largest public postsecondary institution and the nation's largest statewide community college system, serving nearly 200,000 students annually.
