Mary Beth Bonaventura's letter to the governor about the state's failure to meet the needs of its most vulnerable children made national headlines and certainly has the attention of Indiana legislators. This week, a golf course designer who's also a photographer - or maybe the other way around - a poet who literally traced her ancestors' footsteps, a woman who wants to change the world for women and girls, the Harrison Center's new mission, and Butler University's MFA outreach programs.

Taking stock of the larger political scene as we look out over the coming year. Our bi-partisan panel includes Republican Peter Rusthoven and Democrat David Orentlicher, both veterans of the show. Rusthoven is a partner at an Indianapolis law office. He has a multi-dimensional practice and his business experience ranges from manufacturing to publishing to healthcare. Orentlicher is currently a Professor at UNLV. He is recognized for his expertise in health and constitutional law and was also an Indiana State Representative.

Today on No Limits, we'll talk about the controversy surrounding logging and other forestry management techniques - in Yellowwood State Forest and statewide. Our guests will be Jack Seifert, State Forester with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (prerecorded interview); Dr. Leslie Bishop, science advisor for the Indiana Forest Alliance; and Dr. Gabriel Filippelli, IUPUI Professor of Earth Sciences.
