Joining the program are the new Executive Director of the Indiana Commission on Hispanic and Latino Affairs, Danielle Dean, and Carlos May, who in his position as Senior Executive Policy Adviser to Mayor Ballard, oversees the same issues for the city of Indianapolis. Interestingly, they are siblings.
