Eva was determined to find the other Mengele twins. She typed hundreds of letters to every major news organization in the United States to help her find the Mengele twins, but no one answered. Eva formed CANDLES (Children of Nazi Lab Deadly Labe Experiment Survivors) to help her find the remaining twins.
