National Guard Fails to Court-Martial - March 17, 2023

Indiana National Guard leaders have been telling lawmakers they are “not able” to convene general courts-martial to address “serious” troop misconduct, including four sexual assaults last year. But it appears they never tried. And more than a dozen Indiana lawmakers have consulting jobs but the rules about disclosing consulting clients don’t always provide for much transparency.
