Singular Single House | The Charleston Houses 2018

At the Charleston Single House, students from a local building arts school install the iron gate. Kevin, Tom and Richard tour the renovated home and garden. Richard makes a trip to the Elliotborough project to get an update. Everyone meets back at the single house on the piazza to celebrate the completion of another great project.
