Felony Voting Rights

In most states, a felony conviction means you lose your right to vote; and in some cases, you could lose your right to vote permanently, even after you've served your time. As a result, roughly 4.6 million Americans - including 1 in 10 Black adults - cannot legally vote, which has led to costly confusion for those whose sentence has been served. Should our laws be changed to restore these rights?
