Angie's List

Angie's List has rejected a $512 million acquisition offer by internet services company IAC/Interactive Corp.

InterActiveCorp's offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Angie's List stock for $8.75 per share was proposed to the Angie's List Board of Directors Wednesday.
