Northeast Indiana's Tri-Share Plus launches program to share child care costs

The Northeast Indiana Early Childhood Coalition received nearly $5 million last year to launch the Tri-Share Plus program. The program splits the cost of child care between the employee, the employer and Tri-Share Plus funding.

Senate Bill 463 would also set limits on staff-to-child ratios and group sizes in licensed child care facilities and add a representative of an out-of-school-time program to the membership of the early learning advisory committee.
