The weather service said an EF-0 tornado with peak winds of 84 mph touched down briefly Wednesday night about three miles west of the Decatur County town of Millhousen.

Decatur County and two other counties in southeast Indiana have among the highest per-capita infection rates in the country, topping the Seattle area and some counties near hard-hit Detroit.

Tornado watches or warnings, as well as severe thunderstorm warnings, were issued in several counties as the storms moved across the state.

The factory emerged in 2008 and is now making two of the country's best-selling vehicles, the Civic and the CR-V.

Gov. Eric Holcomb says it's an example of why states are better prepared to meet the health care needs of residents.

Production of the 10th-generation Honda Civic sedan started Tuesday at Honda Manufacturing of Indiana's plant in Greensburg.
