Twenty-one Indianapolis City-County councilors refused to support a deal that would send up to 25 million gallons of water daily from Eagle Creek Reservoir to the Boone County industrial park.

Deal would send up to 25M gallons of water daily to Boone County, some from Eagle Creek.

The Eagle Creek Pistol Range had been open to the public part time for the last 35 years. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department will still use it for training exercises.
