The Indiana Recount Commission discarded ballots in the Senate District 23 race and upended Sen. Spencer Deery’s election victory. Now Deery is asking if that decision was truly impartial.

The FBI says it is investigating suspicious packages that have been sent to or received by elections officials more than 15 states, including Indiana.
