Manchester Apartments is set to partially reopen, less than a year after a fire damaged a lot of the building. The north tower of the complex will house 23 local veterans. Each one-bedroom unit will come equipped with furniture, kitchenware and other supplies for veterans.

On Oct. 26, the Manchester Apartment building caught fire, displacing Martin and 47 other veterans from the transitional housing complex. Several displaced veterans have been relocated since the fire.
