Fort Wayne Philharmonic

After exactly three months on strike, Fort Wayne Philharmonic management and musicians have reached a tentative agreement that will bring musicians back to work.

Management and musicians met in early February, but no agreement could be reached.

Despite compromise on wages from management, the Players Association says they can't compromise on elimination of positions.

The musicians have been on strike since last week, having been operating without a contract since September.
