Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration

The Summer Celebration, which draws hundreds of thousands of visitors to Indianapolis, would have marked its 50th anniversary in July.

Indiana Black Expo, IBE, turns 50 this year and announced it's plans for the big year.

For fear of severe thunderstorms, Indiana Black Expo's Summer Celebration Friday concert will move from the American Legion Mall to inside the Indiana Convention Center.

Visitors will be able to attend what organizers call the world's largest minority health fair free of charge.
