A woman whose car crashed and caught fire was rescued Thursday by two passersby who teamed up to pull her from the vehicle and extinguish the flames, Indiana State Police said.

The ramp closures will happen during overnight hours between Sept. 30 to Oct. 11.

The Indiana Department of Transportation says the $2 million project will begin as early as December and should be complete by next summer.
