A train derailed on the southeast side of Indianapolis Sunday night near the intersection of Southeastern Avenue and Earhart Street.

The Indianapolis City-County Council’s Metropolitan Development Committee unanimously passed a proposal for a new HoTIF in the near southeast side neighborhood.
