Purdue Northwest's Chancellor Thomas Keon has received a formal reprimand from the university's board of trustees for racist comments made during a commencement ceremony.

The school last week announced the lab will be a place for entrepreneurship, innovation and education collaboration.

School officials announced last week that starting in May 2019 the diplomas will read "Purdue University Northwest."

About 50 students are moving into dorms at Purdue University Northwest this summer to gain helpful insight to financial literacy, math, English, skills building, healthy relationships and campus navigation.
