Rocky Ripple

The City of Indianapolis mailed 546 letters to flood-damaged households warning they may need new permits to repair, sparking confusion that the city acknowledges could have been handled differently.

The Department of Public Works says water levels never required closing Rocky Ripple's last exist but they city's own messaging that night made many think otherwise.
