Sen. Todd Young, R-Ind., has authored the America's Living Library Act with Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., and Reps. Stephanie Bice, R-Okla., and Ro Khanna, D-Calif., in a bipartisan move that would create biological datasets to support research and scientific advancements across medicine, agriculture and defense.
