Metropolitan Indianapolis Public Media Inc. (“MIPM”) is the governing body of WFYI. The Board of Directors consists of a diverse group of community leaders who provide guidance and work to promote a better understanding of the mission of WFYI.

Open Meeting Policy and Public Meetings

Meetings of the MIPM Board and its respective committees are generally open to the public and held at WFYI headquarters located at 1630 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 and/or via videoconference. Portions of these meetings may be closed to the public to discuss confidential issues. The schedule below is subject to change. Please contact us to confirm meeting times and dates or to get more information.

Meeting attendees are required to observe the following rules:

  1. Visitors may attend meetings as observers only, unless notification for addition to the agenda is given five days in advance of the meeting. Notification must be made to the Director of Administration.
  2. Visitors are not permitted to photograph or record the meetings.
  3. Visitors who violate these rules or otherwise attempt to disrupt a meeting may be asked to leave and will not be permitted re-entry.

The MIPM Board will meet in 2026 on the following dates from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
