As roosters inside the Poultry and Rabbit building at the Indiana State Fair competed for attention, WFYI’s Leigh DeNoon came upon sisters Lily and Shilo sitting on a bench. Precocious Lily is older and was proudly wearing a crown adorned with a picture of a princess.
