Indianapolis’ first indoor dog park opens this month. WFYI’s Taylor Bennett spoke with Darius Smith, the man behind the idea. Smith moved to Indianapolis from Las Vegas and soon discovered he had nowhere to entertain his dog in the cold winter months.
